Noelle Peterson has always been the person people turn to when something needs to be organized, simplified, or completed. With more than 25 years of experience helping people understand technology and solve practical problems, she developed a gift for seeing how disconnected pieces can work together.

In 2021, Noelle survived a life-threatening aortic dissection and emergency surgery -- an experience that changed how she viewed her time, talents, and purpose. She left her government career and founded Start Smart Systems to help business owners stop struggling with unfinished projects, confusing technology, and systems that do not support their growth.

Today, Noelle is a Digital Business Strategist, speaker, pastor’s wife, mother, and grandmother of four. She helps speakers, coaches, consultants, and service-based business owners build the professional digital foundation behind their visibility. Grounded in faith, service, relationships, and excellence, Noelle brings together strategy and hands-on implementation so her clients can spend more time doing the work only they can do.
